These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roditeljstvo Lab website, online store, digital products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Digital Products Only

Our store sells digital products only, including downloadable PDF educational materials. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

After purchase, digital products may be made available to you by direct download, by email, and/or through your customer account, depending on how the store is configured.

3. Eligibility and Account

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Educational Purpose

Our materials are created for personal and educational use as support for learning through play. They do not replace professional pedagogical, educational, psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice or support.

All activities should be used according to the child’s age, needs, and abilities. Activities involving scissors, cutting, or gluing should always be carried out under adult supervision.

5. Independent Content and Interpretive Materials

Some digital materials available in this store may be created based on our own reviews, impressions, and interpretations of books, stories, or other sources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these materials are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or created in collaboration with the authors, illustrators, publishers, manufacturers, or rights holders of the original works. They are prepared independently, based on our own interpretation, for educational and personal-use purposes.

6. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, previews, and information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, examples, or images will always be completely error-free.

Because screen settings and printers vary, actual printed results may differ slightly in color, scale, or appearance from what you see on screen.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed as listed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

8. Personal Use License

When you purchase a digital product from our store, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or gift the files to third parties

  • upload the files to shared drives, marketplaces, social groups, or file-sharing platforms

  • use the materials for commercial teaching, resale, or client work

  • modify, repackage, or claim the materials as your own

  • remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices

All intellectual property rights in the products remain with Roditeljstvo Lab and/or the relevant rights holders.

9. Downloads and Access

After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased digital content. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure that you can access your account and downloads.

We are not responsible for download issues caused by your device, browser settings, email filtering, lost access to your email account, or insufficient software needed to open PDF files. However, if you experience a genuine technical issue with delivery or file access, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

10. No Returns or Refunds for Digital Products

Because our store sells digital content only, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once digital access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the usual 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts can be lost for online digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. EU consumer rules also require remedies where digital content is not in conformity with the contract. (European Union)

11. Right to Refuse Service or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of our Services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our digital products, including text, product names, graphics, layouts, worksheets, downloadable PDFs, branding, and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of copyright or any intellectual property rights.

13. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our store is powered by Shopify. We may also use third-party tools and platforms to operate the store, process payments, deliver downloads, analyze website usage, and create or design materials.

Some materials or visual elements may be created with the assistance of digital tools and platforms, including AI tools, Canva, Freepik, and similar resources. Such use does not transfer any rights to you beyond the personal-use license stated above.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and process your personal information. Under EU consumer law, customers must be given clear pre-contract information about the trader, the product, the price, and cancellation rights where applicable. (European Union)

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roditeljstvo Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
