Because our store sells digital products only, including downloadable PDF materials, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

By Purchasing Our Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you agree that:

• the product is a digital download / digital file

• no physical item will be shipped

• delivery may take place immediately after purchase through download access and/or your customer account

• once digital access or download begins, your right to cancel or withdraw may no longer apply where permitted by law (European Union)

Exceptions

We want you to receive the product you paid for. If you experience a genuine technical issue, such as:

• you do not receive access to your purchased file

• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened

• you receive the wrong file

please contact us at info@petraparenting.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy. EU rules also provide remedies where digital content is not in conformity with the contract. (EUR-Lex)
